Misty is the newest addition to our labrador family. She is a very dark chocolate lab. She was born January 19, 2008. Misty is very people oriented. She loves to please and though she also loves to play outside, she most often is found playing with, laying near or following us wherever we go. She loves attention, but is content to be near us and does not require much from us beyond our presence. Misty is very in tune to her people and seems to know when someone in the house is not feeling well or hurt.

She loves to fetch a bumper and will bring it right to your hand every time.

Misty is out of SHR Trinity's Lotta Miracles and FC AFC Cuda's Blue Ryder MH. Lottie is her owner's service dog, the dam of a service dog from her first litter and a pup from Misty's litter will be going into training to be a service dog for a wheel-chair bound woman in N. Ohio.  Lottie is the daughter of Molly Miranda Blackstone who is an English Conformation X Am Field Trial Bitch and her father is Crystalclear's Black Blade II a NFC NAFC Candlewood's Super Tanker Grandson.  Molly is the mother of bomb/drug detection dogs, service dogs, K-9 dogs, hunting retrievers and many incredible dogs of outstanding intelligence and trainability.  Incredibly loving, healthy dogs with perfect Labrador retriever dispositions.

Sire FC AFC Cuda's Blue Ryder - Ryder is the first & only Chocolate Labrador to win a double header & is the first & only Chocolate Labrador National Amateur Finalist. His versatility is exemplified by his activities in the summer of 2003.  In late June, he was a Finalist in the 2003 National Amateur Retriever Club Championship Stake (the first & only Chocolate Labrador). A week later he was the test dog for the ESPN Great Outdoor Games Retriever Series.  The next weekend he completed his sixth straight Master Hunter qualification & earned the Master Hunter title. The following week Ryder won the Open All Age stake at the Sacramento Valley Retriever Club’s field trial & his Field Championship title.
